		<description>I like the listen step the most, you really dont want to just jump in once you meet a group of people on twitter. Finding out a way to interact in the conversation is easier than starting the topic right away. You want to know what to talk about before diving in. Content is king after you get in the group and create a niche for yourself, good post!</description>
